Morphic introduced comments on Morphic Compose on October 28. You review the edit on the timeline, leave a note on a frame or a range, and draw on the shot. Each round of feedback stays in one place.
The announcement points to Morphic Compose and does not say which plans include comments, or whether someone outside the workspace can leave one. It also does not say whether a drawing is stored with the note or only used while you write it. Compose is the video editor already on this Morphic page. Adjustment layers, added a few days earlier, are a different change.
