Bending Spoons agrees to acquire Miro

By Steven Van ·

Miro signs a deal with Bending Spoons, with regulatory approvals and a Q4 2026 closing still ahead.

Miro has signed an agreement to be acquired by Bending Spoons at a $1.355 billion enterprise value, or approximately $1.79 billion including net cash. The companies expect the transaction to close in Q4 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.

Miro will continue operating independently until closing. Founder and CEO Andrey Khusid says the deal will support continued investment in the collaboration platform. Bending Spoons will review the business after closing before making decisions about its organization and roles.
