Hi everyone! We are launching our V8.2 image model today. This update focuses on aesthetics and image quality and personalization.
Midjourney's new V8.2 image model focuses on aesthetics, image quality and personalization. The vendor says images should come out more creative, bold, sophisticated, edgy and fresh, and that the situations that used to produce a low quality image should happen much less often.
Personalization also changes: with V8.2, it should better "understand" a user's taste, particularly for those with a lot of ratings on their profile, and creating a personalization profile now draws from a larger, improved pool of images. Midjourney is encouraging users to try both new and existing personalization profiles with the V8.2 release.
