Magica launches Nodes, direct access to its full AI model library

By Steven Van ·

The manual counterpart to Magica's Workflows, letting users pick a specific image, video, voice or chat model directly.

Magica gave power users a direct line to the models under the hood. Nodes is Magica's full library of AI models, image and video generators, voice, chat, and more, exposed for direct access when you already know exactly which tool you want. It's the manual counterpart to the automated Magica Workflows shipped days earlier.

Direct access, on purpose

Magica's core product is an agent that picks models for you; Nodes is the deliberate opposite for when you don't want the agent to choose. Know you want a specific image generator, a particular voice model, a certain video engine? Go straight to it. That two-mode design, agent-driven when you want help, direct when you don't, is smart, because experts and beginners want opposite things, and forcing everyone through an agent frustrates the people who already know the answer.

The anti-subscription pitch

The framing is explicit: no more juggling five subscriptions, one platform, every AI tool you need. That's the aggregator thesis, and it's the strongest argument these multi-model platforms have. Individually subscribing to a dozen AI services is expensive and fragmented; one bill with access to all of them, à la carte, is genuinely appealing for creators who dip across modalities. Nodes plus Workflows means Magica covers both spontaneous single-model use and repeatable pipelines from the same catalog.

Everyone's building the model shelf

Direct-access model libraries are becoming table stakes for creative platforms, fal, OpenArt, FLORA, and Magnific all offer some version of pick-your-model. Magica's differentiator is pairing that shelf with its video-agent direction and its Workflows automation, so the same models can be used one-off in Nodes or wired into a system. For creators evaluating where to consolidate, breadth of the model catalog is now a real comparison axis.

Try it

Nodes is available in Magica now. The quickest way to judge it is to check whether the specific models you currently pay for elsewhere are in the library, if they are, that's the subscription math working in your favor.
