Linear’s editor adds LaTeX math blocks

By Steven Van ·

Typing /math in the editor inserts a block for formulas and equations, though the announcement does not say which plans get it.

Linear's editor now supports LaTeX math blocks. Typing /math inserts a block for a formula, equation or other notation.

Linear said on October 27 that the feature is available. The public changelog had not listed it as of that date, and the announcement does not say which plans can use it.

How it works

The /math command is entered in the editor, and the block takes LaTeX. The announcement does not specify where in Linear the blocks can be used, such as issues, documents or comments.
