Krea adds an After Effects plugin for visual assets

Generate imagery and backgrounds inside a composition on supported Mac and Windows setups, using a Krea account and internet connection.
Source imagery, background plates and motion-design concepts can be generated with Krea inside an After Effects composition.
Build assets beside the edit
The plugin supports prompts and reference frames for exploring visual directions. Generated results enter the project as standard media assets for compositing and animation. Krea Realtime can update an image as prompts, colour and composition change.
Install on a supported setup
Download the signed installer, restart After Effects and open Window > Extensions > Krea. A Krea account and internet connection are required because generation runs on Krea's servers.
The official plugin page lists macOS 12 or later, Windows 10 or later and After Effects 2025 or newer as supported.
