HyperFrames v0.8.64

By Steven Van ·

The new data-vfx-chain element paints per-pixel GPU shader effects like fractal noise and wave warp, keeping preview and render frames identical.

HyperFrames' v0.8.64 release adds data-vfx-chain, a per-pixel effect element that paints GPU shader chains such as fractal noise, wave warp and displacement map. Every frame is computed from the seek time alone, so renders and previews match exactly. Chains that read their own content depend on Chrome's HTML-in-Canvas capture, and the runtime now reports when that capture is unavailable instead of painting a blank frame. Details are in the changelog.
