HyperFrames v0.8.208
By Steven Van ·
The release fixes a roughly 70 ms video lag after cuts, restores local HTML capture, and bumps Docker to Node 22.23.4 and Bun 1.4.4 for a Brotli CVE.
Video and audio now stay in sync after cuts and retimed scenes in HyperFrames v0.8.208. A video that follows a cut plays in sync instead of about 70 ms behind. The release also restores local HTML capture and lets PowerShell users pass JSON flags from a file.
Features
- CLI: capture accepts a local HTML file again.
Fixes
- CLI: JSON flags can be taken from a file or stdin, so PowerShell can pass them.
- CLI: cloud variables are validated against the selected composition.
- Core: retiming a parked scene in the preview takes effect without a reload.
- Core: an audio clip that never gets data no longer freezes the playhead.
- Core: a video after a cut plays in sync instead of about 70 ms behind.
- Core: the npm package no longer ships the unminified media sync runtime.
- Docker: images move to Node 22.23.4 and Bun 1.4.4 for CVE-2026-111497 (Brotli).
Internal
In the engine, Chrome-driving tests now run in their own project after the rest.
