HyperFrames v0.8.192
By Steven Van ·
The release fixes H265 failures on hosts with over 16 cores, trims audio probing in cloud renders, and clarifies Claude Code plugin auto-update steps.
H265 and HDR renders now work again on machines with more than 16 cores, and cloud renders of long, cut-heavy edits spend far less time probing and reading audio. HyperFrames v0.8.192 is a fixes release, listed in the linked commit, which is a documentation change.
Fixes
- Engine: H265 renders no longer fail on hosts with more than 16 cores.
- CLI: a check that hits its deadline keeps the findings it already made.
- CLI: muted targets are normalized before tolerance is applied.
- Core: decoded preview audio is released once no clip uses its source.
- Studio Server: project history no longer copies video, audio or huge files.
- CLI: clipped text beneath transparent composition hosts is now audited.
- CLI: undo is refused when a target or backup is missing.
- Lint: timeline registration is checked before explicit font loads.
- Studio Server: authored audio attributes are decoded for loudness.
- CLI: temporary HTML comparisons are staged without recursive copies.
- Core: blocked addresses are preserved in mounted import maps.
- Lint: actual font CSS declarations are read.
Claude Code plugin auto-update docs
The linked commit clarifies how to turn on auto-update for the hyperframes plugin marketplace in Claude Code. Run claude in a terminal in your project, then run /plugin in its terminal UI and select Marketplaces, then hyperframes, then Enable auto-update. The plugin guide adds that anyone who installed through Claude Code's IDE extension or desktop app should use this terminal route on the same machine. Third-party marketplaces do not enable auto-update by default. To update manually, run claude plugin update hyperframes@hyperframes.
