The release adds sub-range rendering for distributed chunks, restores reloaded videos to the playhead in paused previews, and speeds up phone-video snapshots.
Renders that use several workers no longer fail now and then on an empty frame in HyperFrames v0.8.180, one of four changes in the release.

- Core: when a preview is paused and a video reloads, the video is put back at the playhead.
