HyperFrames v0.8.166

Playback in HyperFrames v0.8.166 no longer resets scenes when the root composition has no animation, so name cards play through.
Scenes in HyperFrames no longer reset during playback when the root composition has no animation of its own. Name cards and other scene content now play through instead of restarting.
The fix is in Core, in release v0.8.166 (commit 19a8d44b480, #5693).
