Truepeak adds a lookahead true-peak limiter, alongside fixes for split playback, exports and FFmpeg detection.
Split sub-compositions in HyperFrames now play their videos from the in-point in both preview and the timeline. Timeline splits also preserve the sub-composition’s position in both halves, while slow clips stay on the playhead at reduced preview speeds.
Version 0.8.146 adds Truepeak, a lookahead true-peak limiter effect. It also fixes exports failing on video clips outside the composition’s length and detects FFmpeg installed after a long-running preview has started, without requiring a restart.
The release notes also cover clearer runtime and preview failure reporting. Re-renders now reuse extracted frames from remote videos.
