HyperFrames v0.8.12
Grouped audio now stays consistent from Studio preview through export, with safer edits, carve analysis, and validation.
HyperFrames v0.8.12 makes grouped audio behave the same way from Studio preview through to FFmpeg export, and drops two controls that never got finished.
- Two things are removed: the session-only "Hear only this" control and live group meter in Studio, and the window.__hf.setAudioSolo preview bridge in Core. Neither wrote project data, so existing compositions need no migration, but custom Studio integrations that call setAudioSolo must stop.
- Lint now reports invalid group timing, misplaced carve settings, and membership problems, without rejecting valid cross-file groups.
- Audio group identity, mute state, gain, automation, and FX routing now stay consistent across inlined previews and FFmpeg exports.
- When a grouped mix fails, HyperFrames preserves bus headroom, cleans up temporary files, and keeps structured context in the render error.
- Studio applies group creation and edits as a single transaction across source files, live DOM state, undo, and expanded sub-compositions.
