Seedance generation failures resolved

Credits for failed generations were refunded automatically, so affected users can retry at no extra cost.
A provider-side issue caused failed and slow Seedance generations on Higgsfield, mostly affecting 2.0, 2.0 Mini, 2.0 Fast, and 2.5 Draft Mode.
All models are running normally again, according to the October 3 update. Credits for failed generations were refunded automatically, so affected users can run them again at no extra cost.
