The Series B, led by DST Global, comes eight months after a $1.3B valuation and lifts annualised revenue to $700M.
Higgsfield has raised a $400 million Series B at a $5.4 billion valuation, up from $1.3 billion just eight months earlier. The round was led by DST Global, with Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Valor Capital, and Tribe Capital also participating.
The company, whose AI video and image tools include Cinema Studio for filmmakers and Marketing Studio for marketing and advertising teams, reports $700 million in annualised revenue, 30 million users across 200 countries, and work with 390 Fortune 500 companies. Founder Alex Mashrabov said the new capital will go toward hiring, product development, and compute, which he described as a major cost given that a single minute of video is roughly equivalent to processing 60,000 words.
