Supercomputer users can select the model for tasks that Anthropic says use fewer tokens and read visual inputs more accurately.

Supercomputer users can now select Claude Opus 5.5 on Higgsfield. The release note lists improvements over Claude Opus 5 in task efficiency, coding, knowledge work and visual input, attributed to Anthropic.

Fewer tokens and clearer reports

According to Anthropic, Opus 5.5 completes typical tasks with fewer tokens and improves agentic coding, long multi-step tasks, reports, analysis and financial models. Its output reports what it did, what it found and what it needs next.

Visual input and computer use

The model reads charts, diagrams and screenshots more accurately. For computer use, its default effort setting matches Opus 5 at high effort.

Selecting the model

Open Supercomputer, then choose Claude Opus 5.5 in the model selector.
