Harvey Partners With Everlaw to Power Evidence-Backed Legal Work
With the integration, litigation teams will be able to work with evidence from Everlaw directly in Harvey, helping them move faster from discovery…
Harvey is partnering with Everlaw, the litigation and investigation platform, so litigation teams can work with evidence stored in Everlaw directly inside Harvey. The integration, built on the Model Context Protocol, lets joint users search and retrieve evidence across matters containing millions of documents, with outputs cited back to the source documents in Everlaw.
This is the first phase of a longer-term partnership between the two companies; a later phase is planned to bring Everlaw content into Harvey for a wider range of workflows. The integration is expected to reach joint Harvey and Everlaw customers in fall 2026.
Harvey lists four litigation use cases the integration is meant to support:
- Early case assessment: querying the record directly to reach a working thesis on an unfamiliar matter
- Chronology and timeline building: constructing a timeline with each entry cited to its source document
- Deposition preparation: assembling a custodian's record across relevant topics and drafting an outline against it
- Regulatory and Second Request response: answering what a company knew and when, directly against the collection
