Build and Update Review Tables With the Harvey Agent

By Steven Van ·

Harvey Agent can now build, edit, and route Review Tables in plain language, for teams handling high-volume diligence and discovery review.

Every action on a Review Table in Harvey can now be delegated to the Harvey Agent in plain language, so litigation and diligence teams can reshape, correct, and route a table in one chat instead of rebuilding it by hand each time the matter changes.

  • Revise a column's prompt, output format, or model and rerun it without rebuilding the column from scratch.
  • Apply the same edit across hundreds of cells, add rows as new documents arrive, or remove rows based on specific criteria.
  • Add data from an iManage load file, CSV, or web search directly into columns, rather than a separate spreadsheet.
  • Ask Harvey to group related documents, such as email threads with their attachments or complaints with their exhibits, so reviewers can assess each complete set without linking documents manually.
  • Find a table by describing it ("my most recent review table") instead of navigating to it directly.
  • Build a memo, summary, or chart from a review table in the same chat, without starting a new thread.

The agent operates with the same permissions as the user, and existing Vault access controls and ethical walls apply as they do today. Harvey built the release for M&A and diligence teams working large contract portfolios and litigation teams reviewing discovery productions. Agentic Review Table actions are generally available now.
