Grok Voice 2.0 deprecation

Developers can switch to grok-voice-3.0 or grok-voice-latest at the same price, with no API changes.
Developers using Grok's grok-voice-2.0 model can upgrade by setting model to grok-voice-3.0 or grok-voice-latest, at the same price. The October 14 release note marks version 2.0 as deprecated.
The API is unchanged. Sessions using grok-voice-latest are upgraded automatically because the alias now points to grok-voice-3.0.
