Gemini tests an always-on personal AI agent

Gemini is getting a standing agent. Gemini Spark runs continuously in the background to manage tasks across a user's digital life, acting only within limits the user sets. Google says it's rolling out to trusted testers this week, with a beta for US Google AI Ultra subscribers following next week, according to the announcement.
