Google Flow adds end frames and cheaper mobile drafting

Omni 1.1 Flash brings desktop end-frame control, 360p drafts on mobile, and 720p upscaling to 1080p or 4K.
Google Flow now runs on Omni 1.1 Flash, adding more control over how a generated clip is shaped from start to finish.
- End frames on desktop let creators set where a clip finishes as well as where it starts, helping keep characters and narrative consistent across a transition.
- Drafting at 360p costs fewer credits and is now available from the mobile app.
- 720p generations can be upscaled to 1080p or 4K for final clips.
