Google Flow adds free-form chat editing via Gemini Omni

All Google AI subscribers using Flow can now refine AI-generated video and images by describing changes instead of resetting parameters.
Google Flow now supports free-form conversation for editing, letting users combine their own reference footage or images with AI-generated content and refine results by describing changes rather than resetting parameters. The feature, built on Gemini Omni, is available now to all Google AI subscribers using Google Flow.
Announced by Google Labs on 20 May 2026.
