Google Flow adds 4- and 6-second clips for Ultra users

The variable lengths replace the fixed duration for both Text to Video and Frames to Video.
Google Flow now offers 4 and 6 second clip lengths for Ultra subscribers, up from the previous fixed duration. The new lengths apply to both Text to Video and Frames to Video, giving more control over pacing and scene rhythm when building a shot.
