Refreshed repository pull requests page generally available

The repository pull requests page has moved from public preview to general availability for all users. The redesign focuses on finding and acting on pull requests faster, with new filtering, search and bulk-action options.

• Content assist helps apply the correct filters, and advanced search supports AND/OR keywords and nested searches.
• A collapsible sidebar gives quick access to common filters like "Authored by me" and "Involves me".
• A compact presentation mode fits more pull requests on the page.
• The list shows more context, including status check counts, a stack indicator, and indicators for unread updates.

Since the preview, GitHub has added bulk actions (closing, labelling, changing milestones and more), milestone and linked-issue display, author badges, the ability to filter by clicking a review status, and full profile names where an enterprise has them enabled.
