New customer portal help.github.com

By Steven Van ·

GitHub's support site moves to help.github.com with Copilot search, docs, and status in one place, rolling out over the next few weeks.

GitHub has redesigned its support portal and moved it to a new address, help.github.com. The new site brings support, docs, learning, community, and account resources together in one place, with Copilot-powered search across all of them.

  • Support, entitlements, and self-serve resources are available from a single entry point, with less clicking across separate sites.
  • Search works without signing in, and returns Copilot-powered answers.
  • Product statuses and important announcements are viewable from the same site.

The rollout is gradual over the next couple of weeks, so not everyone will see the new experience right away. Anyone without access yet can continue using support.github.com as before. Read the announcement or try it at help.github.com.
