Figma's auto layout spacing now works like CSS
Choose between Between, Around, and Evenly gap behaviors on any frame, per the 2026-07-24 release notes.
Auto layout's spacing option, previously just one behaviour, is now three: Between (the existing default, even gaps with nothing at the edges), Around (even gaps between items, with half a gap at each edge), and Evenly (every gap identical, edges included). The names and the patterns match how spacing works in CSS. Set any of the three on a frame in Figma, per the release notes.
