Narrower BILLING Key Preset

Existing keys inherit the revised permissions at their next request; custom policies keep permissions fixed for a key’s lifetime.
Keys using the BILLING preset in fal can no longer change payment methods or billing settings. The August 4 update also changes access for the READONLY preset.
Updated preset permissions
BILLING keys can still read usage, invoices, contracts, and billing settings. They now also have read access to the list of keys and the model catalog. READONLY keys no longer grant request sharing.
Existing keys follow the changes
Keys on a preset follow its live definition, so existing BILLING and READONLY keys picked up the new permissions at their next request. To keep a key’s permissions fixed for its lifetime, create it with a custom policy.
