A new cascade_timeout_seconds parameter (2 to 15, default 4) controls upstream retry timing for Speech Engine requests.
Speech Engine create and update requests now accept a cascade_timeout_seconds parameter, a number between 2 and 15 that sets how long ElevenLabs waits for an upstream speech engine before retrying, with a default of 4. Create requests default to this value, update requests accept a nullable value, and responses now require the field.
