SDK releases: JavaScript SDK v2.69.0 - Added transcriptEdit to the realtime Speech to Text wrapper

JavaScript and Python SDKs reach v2.69.0 with a Speech to Text transcript-edit method, a JWT fix, and new phone number and Flows template calls.

ElevenLabs pushed matching v2.69.0 releases of its JavaScript and Python SDKs, alongside a v1.3.2 update to its CLI, as detailed in the changelog.

The realtime Speech to Text wrapper gains a transcript-edit method (transcriptEdit in JavaScript, transcript_edit in Python), with edited text delivered through edited_transcript events.
A Speech Engine JWT verification bug is fixed for API keys that use data residency suffixes.
Both SDKs add a v2 phone number listing method and new Flows template methods: listing and getting templates, and listing, creating and getting runs.
Clients and types were regenerated to cover GPT Image 2.5, Slack agent alerting, parallel tool calls, gpt-6-astra, service account API key concurrency limits, Music zero retention, conversation filters, and MCP tool approval statuses.
In the Python SDK, the play function now raises an error when ffplay fails.
The ElevenLabs CLI (v1.3.2) adds an optional --intent flag to collect feedback on CLI usage, and a new elevenlabs feedback missing-capability command to report workflows the CLI doesn't support.
