Phone keypad input: Agent conversation configuration now supports optional dtmf_input_settings for DTMF input.
ElevenLabs added phone keypad input to ElevenAgents conversation configuration, along with several other API updates for agent builders.
- Agents can now be configured with optional dtmf_input_settings for DTMF (keypad) input, including a digit timeout, a # terminator, and an option to redact keypad entries from transcripts, logs and analysis.
- The Get conversation endpoint's transcript entries now include file_inputs, an array listing every attached file's ID, name, MIME type and URL.
- The List agents endpoint accepts an optional tags query parameter, which can be repeated to match agents with any of the supplied tags.
- Get conversation now identifies batch calls with nullable campaign metadata containing campaign_id and campaign_lead_id.
