ElevenAgents can now call multiple tools per turn, and gets a new model, Slack alerting and phone number search filters.
ElevenAgents prompt configuration now includes enable_parallel_tool_calls, a boolean that defaults to true. When it's on, supported models can run multiple tools in a single turn instead of one at a time.
The same update to ElevenLabs agents covers a few other changes:
- gpt-6-astra was added to the agent LLM options.
- Agent alerting now supports Slack channels, alongside PagerDuty and webhook notifiers.
- A new cursor-paginated phone number endpoint adds filters for provider, outbound support, assigned agent and branch, label and phone number.
