The dubbing language endpoint now returns a WebVTT subtitle URL for each dubbed language, signed and valid for one hour.
Dubbing project language outputs from ElevenLabs now include subtitles. The field is a signed URL to the translated lines as WebVTT subtitles, timed to the source speech. It is returned by GET /v1/dubbing/project/{project_id}/language/{language_id}, as listed in the October 19 changelog.
The URL expires one hour after it is issued, so it needs to be fetched again from the endpoint once it has lapsed.
