draw.io adds a tapered arrow with adjustable curves and gradients
By Steven Van ·
The new Tapered Arrow connection can be reshaped by dragging its handles to set width and curve, and it can be filled with a gradient.
draw.io added a new connector style on October 22, the tapered arrow. You will find it under Connection › Tapered Arrow.
Once it is placed, drag the arrow’s handles to set how wide it is and how much it curves. You can also fill it with a gradient, which gives diagrams a flowing, hand-drawn look that plain lines can’t.
It is a small addition, but a useful one for process maps and infographics where you want the direction of flow to stand out.
