Deepgram adds two voice models and welcomes Daily

Think-Live runs the conversation and is generally available. Think-Fast does the work and is in early access. Daily, the company behind Pipecat, is joining Deepgram.
On October 29, at Deepgram Speak, Deepgram introduced Think-Live LLM and Think-Fast LLM for voice agents, and said Daily, the company behind the open-source Pipecat framework, is joining Deepgram.

Think-Live runs the conversation: when to listen, wait, or respond. Deepgram's blog says it is generally available in the Voice Agent API. Think-Fast does the work: rules, tools, and spoken replies. The blog says it is in early access on the Deepgram LLM API. The posts do not list prices.
The acquisition post says the Daily team is joining, Pipecat stays open source, and a voice-agent platform built with Pipecat was previewed. Deepgram says that platform itself is still ahead and that timing will come later. Kwindla Hultman Kramer is named Head of Open Source.
