Deepgram CLI v0.3.3
By Steven Van ·
New flags play generated speech and list voices, while skill installs use a pinned, hash-checked v1.7.0 bundle.
Audio generated with Deepgram’s CLI can now go straight to a system player. Version 0.3.3 adds playback and voice-listing flags to dg speak, alongside changes to how the CLI installs and removes skills.
Play audio and list voices
The --play flag sends audio to ffplay, afplay, paplay or aplay. It also works with -o to save and play audio in one command. The --list-voices flag lists the available text-to-speech voices and their languages.
Install skills from a pinned bundle
dg skills now installs Deepgram skills v1.7.0 from a pinned, hash-checked bundle. Installation and removal affect only skill folders the CLI owns. During upgrades, it cleans up skill files it can prove an earlier 0.3.x release wrote, while retaining legacy copies and skipping cleanup on Windows.
The v0.3.3 release notes also list fixes for overlapping skill updates and installs, plus removal of the CLI’s sections from GEMINI.md, instructions.md and agents.md.
