Comp AI Raises $34M Led by Roo Capital and Grand Ventures

By Steven Van ·

Comp AI, the AI compliance platform that puts agents on SOC 2 and ISO 27001 busy-work, has raised $34M led by Roo Capital and Grand Ventures.

Comp AI has raised $34M in a round led by Roo Capital and Grand Ventures. Founder Lewis Carhart announced the raise alongside a milestone: more than 1,000 companies now use the platform to get audit-ready.

The company started 18 months ago with one idea, that agents would end up responsible for compliance busy-work. Its platform automates SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and FedRAMP, with agents that collect evidence from your vendors and infrastructure, generate policies specific to your stack, and monitor continuously so risks surface before an auditor finds them.

  • 1,000+ customers, including Corgi, OpenCode, and Dub.
  • 580+ integrations, with the audit and a penetration test included.
  • Founded 18 months ago; this round is led by Roo Capital and Grand Ventures.
