Cygwin build inputs and matching source for Windows voice
These CI-only archives aren't part of Codex's user packages; they cover 103 pinned binary packages and 83 matching sources for Cygwin licensing compliance.
Codex has published the Cygwin build inputs and matching source code behind the native Windows voice feature in Codex, to meet Cygwin's licensing terms. The archives are CI-only: they support how the Windows voice builds are produced and are not included in the packages Codex users install.
- cygwin-build-inputs.tar.gz: 103 pinned Cygwin binary packages and the signed package index used by the offline build installer.
- cygwin-build-sources.tar: the 83 corresponding source package archives at the exact versions named in that index, including the upstream source, patches, and build recipes from Cygwin's -src packages.
- cygwin-source-map.json: maps each selected binary package to its source archive, with the source size and SHA-512 digest from the pinned index.
- CYGWIN-SOURCE-NOTICE.txt: a source access and licensing notice.
The SHA-256 pins for both archives are kept in .github/scripts/voice-cygwin-snapshot.json in the Codex repository. Licensing terms are set by Cygwin and vary by package; Codex points to Cygwin's own licensing page and the individual source and binary archives for the specifics.
