Codex desktop app adds custom sidebar sections

Tasks and projects can be grouped manually or auto-organised by Codex in the ChatGPT and Codex desktop app.
The ChatGPT and Codex desktop app now supports custom sidebar sections, so tasks and projects can be grouped instead of listed flat. Sections can be arranged manually, or Codex can be asked to organise the sidebar automatically.
