The release fixes a terminal crash with multiline questions and startup failures caused by mismatched feature settings.
Multiline asynchronous questions no longer crash the terminal interface in Codex 0.162.1. The release also fixes startup failures.
- Asynchronous questions preserve line breaks and complete hyperlink destinations.
- Differences between a running background server's feature settings and CLI defaults no longer cause startup failures. Compatibility checks now apply only to explicit command-line feature overrides.
