The 0.159.2 patch release fixes brief console windows popping up on Windows when Codex starts background processes and sandboxed commands.
Codex 0.159.2 stops console windows from flashing on Windows. The flashing happened when Codex launched background processes and sandboxed commands.
The fix is a backport of the Windows console suppression change (#49385) into the 0.159 line. It is the only change listed in the 0.159.2 release notes.
