Codex 0.156.1 adds GPT-6 Sol and Luna as selectable models, with Luna now the default suggestion at rate limits.

Codex 0.156.1 adds GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna to the model picker. When the CLI's rate-limit switch prompt suggests an alternate model, it now recommends GPT-6 Luna.
