Codex 0.155.1 fixes request rejections by disabling reasoning summaries by default in new local TUI sessions.
Codex 0.155.1 restores none as the default reasoning-summary setting for new local TUI sessions. Previous versions enabled reasoning summaries by default, which caused request rejections from providers that don't support them. Sessions with an explicit reasoning-summary setting are unaffected.
