Claude Code's weekly usage limits rise 25% permanently
The change lands 14 September as a temporary 50% boost expires, a net 17% cut from today's usage for Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans.
From 14 September, standard weekly limits in Claude Code go up 25% on Pro, Max, Team and seat-based Enterprise plans, and this time the increase is permanent. Usage is currently boosted by a temporary 50% increase that ends on that date, so measured against what users have today, the change works out to a 17% reduction once the temporary boost lapses.
Anthropic said in the announcement that further changes are coming to give users more visibility and control over their usage.
