Claude Code terminal sessions now resume in the desktop app

Typing /resume in Claude's desktop app pulls in the full conversation and context from a session started in the CLI.
Claude's desktop app can now pick up a session started in the Claude Code CLI. Typing /resume and choosing the session carries over the full conversation and context, so work started in the terminal continues in the desktop app.
