Claude Cowork adds a small-business package with 15 workflows

The Team and Enterprise toggle connects QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, Docusign and Microsoft 365 for finance, sales and HR tasks pending owner
Anthropic has launched Claude for Small Business, a toggle-on package inside Claude Cowork that connects to Intuit QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, Docusign, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. It ships 15 ready-to-run agentic workflows and 15 skills covering finance, operations, sales, marketing, HR and customer service, and Claude only sends, posts or pays after the owner approves the plan.
Example workflows include:
- Planning payroll by matching QuickBooks cash position against incoming PayPal settlements, building a 30-day forecast, ranking what's overdue, and queuing reminders for approval
- Closing the month by reconciling books against settlements, flagging what doesn't match, writing a plain-English P&L, and exporting a close packet through QuickBooks
- Getting a business pulse: cash position, sales trend, pipeline movement and the week's commitments, all on one page
- Running a campaign by finding the slow stretch in revenue, analyzing HubSpot campaign performance, and generating assets in Canva
The package also includes an invoice chaser, margin analyzer, month-end prepper, tax-season organizer, contract reviewer, lead triager and content strategist, among others. Existing permissions carry over, so an employee who can't see something in QuickBooks or Drive today can't see it through Claude, and Anthropic doesn't train on customer data by default on Team and Enterprise plans.
Alongside the launch, Anthropic and PayPal are offering a free, on-demand course called AI Fluency for Small Business, and Anthropic is running the Claude SMB Tour, a free half-day AI fluency training and workshop for 100 local small-business leaders per stop, starting May 14 in Chicago.
