Claude Code adds Skills and multi-run Dispatch

Skills package recurring workflows, and Dispatch runs several at once, pausing only where the skill flags a check-in, via the `claude agents` command.
Anthropic has released Claude Code Skills and a Dispatch feature for running multiple at once. A skill packages a common workflow so it can be triggered repeatedly, and once dispatched, Claude keeps working through it without stopping to check in, except at points the skill itself flags for a pause. Users can peek at a running skill and reply to unblock it without opening the full transcript. The feature is available via the `claude agents` command, as described in the announcement.
