Cap v0.5.8 cuts Instant Mode's resource use: 40% less CPU and 18% less peak memory, with no change to video quality.

API keys are now available for the Cap CLI, so recordings can be triggered from CI, servers, or agents without a browser login.
Recording without a microphone now shows a confirmation prompt first, so a silent take doesn't finish unnoticed.
