Bolt's select tool now picks the useful layer, not the raw DOM node

An Alt-click or the new 'Pick from layers' toggle still lets you target a specific layer directly.
Bolt's select tool now picks the topmost useful layer when you click an element in the preview, rather than the raw DOM node under the cursor. For finer control, a 'Pick from layers' toggle lets you choose from the full stack, and Alt-clicking targets a specific layer directly. Details are in the announcement.
