Bolt open sources the components behind its slide decks

By Steven Van ·

Claude Code and Codex can now use Bolt Slides' 20+ layout components and bundled skill to build presentations.

Bolt has open sourced Bolt Slides, the components it uses to generate presentations. Every deck it produces is a real web app rather than a static export: responsive slides, a presenter mode, annotations, and more than 20 layout components, with each slide built as a plain React component.

Because the building blocks are open source, other coding agents, not just Bolt itself, can use them to assemble decks. A bundled skill teaches an agent how to theme, compose, and write a full presentation from a single prompt. The announcement names Claude Code and Codex specifically as agents that can pick it up.
