Behance launches portfolio-first recruiting with Recruiter Pro

By Steven Van ·

Adobe and Superside are among the first to use the tool, which offers unlimited messaging and job postings with no per-message fees.

Behance launched Recruiter Pro, a hiring platform aimed at studios, agencies and in-house teams that lets recruiters search for full-time creative candidates by their actual portfolio work rather than just resumes and keywords. Behance says the goal is to bring discovery and evaluation into one workflow, so hiring managers can review candidates' work without leaving the search.

  • Smart matching against portfolio work and experience, refined with advanced filters
  • Portfolio-first results, showing actual work alongside experience and tools for every candidate
  • AI-generated candidate summaries showing how someone aligns with a role
  • Search filters for discipline, tools, seniority, job title, location and availability
  • A built-in pipeline for saving candidates and tracking outreach
  • Shared shortlists for reviewing work with hiring managers
  • Unlimited direct messaging, with no credit packs or per-message fees
  • Unlimited job postings, which also appear on Behance's job board

Adobe and Superside were among the first teams to use Recruiter Pro, which is live now.
